Whole Beef Deposit

This is for a DEPOSIT ONLY. Actual price for your whole beef will be calculated at time of harvest. Lock in today’s price of $4.60 per pound by making your deposit. Price is based on HCW (Hot Carcass Weight). Actual yield of packaged beef from your HCW is dependent on your individual cutting instructions. Price does not include harvest fees or processing fees, which will be assessed by the packer and passed through to you. Harvest Fee is $150 per whole and processing is approximately $1.20 per lb HCW but can vary depending on your cutting instructions. Please contact us in advance of making your deposit if you have any questions. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a later harvest date if needed. Total for a whole beef is approximately $4500. Weights will vary, and we will assign weights after harvest of the animals. If you prefer a smaller or larger half, that can be easily accommodated.

NEXT HARVEST DATE is Mid April, 2024. Limited beef available for this date. Approximate HCWs for this date are 700-800lbs per whole beef. This deposit reserves half of that weight, one side of the animal. Offal is not included in the weight, but is available for separate purchase (tongue, heart, liver, oxtail). Animals will be processed at Limitbid packing in Odessa, WA. We will pick them up after processing (frozen), and arrange for local pickup here, either at High Spirits in Poulsbo, or at our farm in Kingston.
